KINGSTON, NY — After a successful 2019 season which resulted in a 7-3-4 record, just short of a place in the regional playoffs, 3 members of Stockade FC have already garnered league honors.

Head Coach Jamal Lis-Simmons, Midfielder Juan Parada and Defender Joao Avila were voted into the Northeast Atlantic Conference Best XI. Votes were collected from fans, team administrators, league officials and media.

Lis-Simmons, Parada and Avila are joined on the list by players from Greater Lowell Rough Diamonds (GK Jackson Rivers, D Patrick DeRosa), NYAC (D Daniel Giorgi, F Travis Blair), Boston City (M Ben Manoogian), Hartford City (M Mark Grant), Brooklyn Italians (M Vitorio Argeri, F Patrick Guier) and NY Cosmos (F Bljedi Bardic).

Three Stockade FC recipients were the most by any club in the Northeast Atlantic Conference.

Goalkeeper Greg Monroe and Forward Scott Zobre were among the players nominated for the honors.
