Please fill out the form below ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
#1. You are able to be in or near Kingston, NY USA area (2 hours north of NYC) for tryouts,  Please note that transportation and lodging WILL NOT be provided.
#2. You are fit.  You will be expected to pass the Cooper Fitness Test (2 miles in 12 minutes)
#3. You are able to train & play in the Hudson Valley from April -> August.  
(Please note:  we currently can not pay our players and we do not offer summer housing or reimburse travel expenses.)
