Why “Stockade FC”?

Kingston is a city rich in history which stems from the original Dutch settlers of the mid-1600s.  This history can be found everywhere from the stone homes lining the streets of uptown Kingston and within the “Stockade District” named for the wooden fortification originally built to protect the Dutch settlement.  Stockade FC will build upon this history.
