Stockade FC Announces Technical Staff For 2021 Season

KINGSTON, NY — Stockade FC Technical Director Dan Hoffay and Head Coach Jamal Lis-Simmons have announced the coaching staff for the 2021 National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) season.

Lis-Simmons, who served as Stockade FC club captain from 2016-2018, returns for his second season as Head Coach. Under Lis-Simmons in 2019, Stockade FC finished just short of a playoff berth with a 7-3-4 (W-L-D) record and held a remarkable 11 match unbeaten streak.

Jim Ventriglia returns for his second season with Stockade FC as an Assistant Coach while Rory Becker remains on staff for his fifth season, serving under every coach in club history.

Goalkeeper coach Steve Domino also returns for his second season under Lis-Simmons and is joined by newcomer Mike Drake, serving as co-goalkeeper coach.

Drake, a New Paltz native, holds a USSF Goalkeeping Certificate and a National D Coaching License. Drake is the Director of Goalkeeping for Cedar Stars Academy and an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at SUNY New Paltz.

Director of Sports Performance and Rehab, John Nunez, begins his fifth season with Stockade FC. Nunez and Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance will continue to lead Stockade FC’s efforts in fitness and recovery.

Nick Hoffay remains the club’s Director of Scouting, in charge of the Stockade FC’s efforts to identify top level talent in the area.
